The roughest part was dealing with my mortgage holder. We had many many conference calls. Matthew asked questions and repeated hisself to help them understand the process. __Numerous times he had to resend documents__ I got frustrated, he remained cool, calm and collected.

When I first met Matt Lepovich, I was looking to sell one home and buy another. I interviewed three brokers representing different agencies, and Matt Lepovich seemed the most knowledgeable. He was very organized and his initial presentation was very intelligent and thorough. He was the obvious choice.
